Individual Counseling

At Humble Heart Counseling, our individual counseling services are designed to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. We understand that every person’s journey is unique, and we are committed to helping you navigate life’s complexities with compassion and insight. Whether you’re facing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or navigating a significant life transition, our personalized approach aims to empower you to find clarity, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth.

We help individuals gain perspective by exploring the deeper meanings of their challenges. Using talk therapy, visualization, and somatic techniques, we reconnect them with their inner wisdom, encouraging awareness and embracing discomfort while considering mind, body, and spirit.

Key Points to Consider

Is Mentorship Right For Me?

Purpose

The mentorship program provides a supportive environment where mentees can gain valuable perspectives, set goals, and develop skills. Unlike counseling, it does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.

Scope

While Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, her role in the mentorship program is distinct from her counseling practice. This means that clinical assessments, psychological evaluations, and mental health treatments are not part of the mentorship experience.

Confidentiality

We prioritize confidentiality within the mentorship relationship, ensuring that all discussions and shared experiences remain private and secure.

Boundaries

Our mentorship program is focused on fostering self-reflection, goal-setting, and personal and professional growth. It is separate from the therapeutic relationship typically found in counseling sessions.
