Hello, I’m Stephanie Breitenstein, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Idaho and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona with over twelve years of experience guiding individuals through life’s challenges.

My Approach

My counseling approach is grounded in teaching perspective and fostering self-acceptance. I believe in empowering individuals to discover their own insights and strengths while providing compassionate support as they navigate their emotions. I am passionate about honoring each person’s unique intuition, which I believe is integral to personal growth. By letting go of societal expectations and embracing authenticity, I help my clients embark on a journey towards a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

My Experience

My journey began at the Community Counseling Center in Show Low, Arizona, where I gained invaluable experience working with individuals of all ages and cultural backgrounds. My time there allowed me to specialize in a wide range of life challenges, leading to my independent counseling licensure in Arizona. Additionally, I contributed to the mental health field by supporting individuals in inpatient settings dealing with complex issues such as suicidal ideations, substance abuse, and severe mental health conditions.

Life in Boise

My family and I relocated to Boise in 2018, where I quickly obtained my LCPC credential in Idaho. I am deeply committed to serving the Boise community and continuing to expand my expertise in mental health care.
