Kiley Alvarez

Hello, I’m Kiley, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I enjoy reading fiction, staying active, and connecting with loved ones. Counseling has played an integral role throughout my life, and I look forward to paying it forward throughout my career.

My counseling approach is rooted in the belief that wellness is a lifelong, holistic, and multifaceted journey. I recognize that life presents challenges for everyone, and I’m committed to meeting each client exactly where they are.  I am trained as an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level One Therapist. I also draw from compassionate, strengths-based, mindful, and value-oriented modalities. Working with me will involve learning to be with your experiences in an open, warm, and non-judgmental way. In a fast-paced world of doing and achieving, let’s pause, breathe, and just be. When we can welcome our feelings, experiences, and sensations with warmth and presence, they often soften into authenticity, love, and aligned behavior.

I was born and raised in Meridian, ID. I love living here, with varied seasons and easy access to mountains, lakes, and outdoor sports. I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, paddle boarding, Nordic skiing, and boating. Boise is my home and my community, and I am dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of the Treasure Valley.
