About Me

Connection is essential in our lives. Whether it’s with others, ourselves, spirituality, the natural world, whathaveyou, it influences all parts of our being. I work with folks to build a therapeutic connection that is a welcome space to get curious, grow awareness, heal wounds, and make progress towards your goals. To do so, I will be present with you through active listening and reflection, compassionate challenging, and unconditional positive regard. Being a fellow human navigating life, I know the power in having a relationship that accepts and even welcomes all parts of us, trusts in our own wisdom and intuition, and fosters a courageous space to explore ourselves in an uncertain world. I’m currently working as a counselor in training, making progress towards my Master’s in Counseling at Boise State. I’ll be graduating in the spring of 2025 with hopes of pursuing licensure soon after.
