Self-Compassion Group: Be with self is a supportive, trauma-informed group designed to help you explore who you are, strengthen confidence, and cultivate genuine self-worth. In this 5-week group, you’ll be guided through somatic techniques, breathwork, journaling, and relational practices that support self-compassion and a deeper sense of belonging.
This is an OPEN group, meaning you are welcome to join for a single session or attend all five —whatever is most supportive for you.
