Kenna Bolen
Hi, I’m Kenna, a mental health counselor with a deep belief in the power of healing, self-discovery, and gentle transformation. I am passionate about serving humanity through connection, compassion, and curiosity. My goal is to mend the modalities of existential-humanistic talk therapy with somatic awareness.
My journey into mental health counseling is rooted in a lifelong passion for healing and mind-body wellness. I earned my Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing from Boise State University in 2018. While working in leadership roles within wellness-based businesses, from yoga studios to chiropractic offices to medical spas, I witnessed firsthand the power of integrative healing practices.
In 2020, I completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with a focus on Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra. Two years later, I deepened my somatic understanding through the Yothera Method certification, a gentle, trauma-informed yoga therapy approach. I also hold a Reiki III practitioner certification. These experiences inform my work as a mental health counselor, allowing me to support clients not just cognitively, but emotionally, physically, and energetically.
